Dr Punya Bahl, Dentist
As a child and teenager, Dr Punya was always interested in health. His passion for dentistry grew once he started seeing patients in university. “My aim is to slowly change patients’ view towards dentists by creating positive outcomes and great experiences that outweigh past bad ones.”
Education & Professional Development
Dr Punya earned a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland in 2016. He stays abreast of the latest in dentistry by regularly taking continuing education courses. To date, he’s taken the following:

- Crowns, Bridges and Veneers
- Kids Dentistry

For Dr Punya, one of the most rewarding aspects of being a dentist is delivering a smile that patients are happy with and improves their confidence. He also finds it fulfilling to help patients in pain so they can enjoy their life again. “I also like to help patients make changes in their lives to reduce their chances of developing dental issues.”
In His Spare Time
When he’s not caring for patients’ smiles, Dr Punya loves watching and playing any and all sports. He’s a big Arsenal football club fan! A self-described foodie, he also enjoys going out for dinner and drinks. Enjoying the great outdoors through hiking is a recent favourite activity.
